The dream of Gianfranco Prataviera and his wife Ermellina was to create a residence near the sea, a comfortable and elegant place carefully designed with great attention to the smallest details, in which a family like theirs could find cleanliness, kindness and serenity. The Serenissima Family Residence is the fulfillment of that dream.
Their children Maria, Serena, Matteo and Luca grew up together with the Residence and today they take care of it as a second home.
Since the inauguration on June 4, 1992, we have never stopped renovating the rooms, refurbishing the entire area and expanding the building.
